Richard is by far the best in customer service and attentiveness. We started there many years back just out of necessity and stayed because of his superior professionalism. Unfortunately we were forced to switch because of insurance coverage...but when we needed “more” our new practice was not affordable for something simple. The customer service you receive is beyond excellent. From the phone call to schedule an appointment, to the exam and fitting of your glasses, you're treated with genuine care and concern. I would recommend these folks to anyone!
The name is very befitting. Service was excellent, staff is very attentive and very patient. Rick is very helpful had no problem explaining the breakdown of my insurance coverage. Also helped my 7year old feel more confident about getting his first pair of glasses.
