R & R has been my preferred roofing professional for well over a decade. They installed my roof initially, and have always responded promptly and doggedly to ascertain and remedy two mystery leaks that developed over the years. Recently, they provided services to clean and certify my roof defending me from my insurance company’s assertion that ponding was observed (by drone!) on the roof and declining to renew my policy. This is the worst company their repairs don't even last 1 year. Instead of putting new tiles down(I paid for new tiles) they glue the tile pieces together-what happens when rain hits glue it dissolves. Don't use this company-they improperly fix roofs and charge double other companies.
I wish I could give them and there crew a 0 stars rating Carolyn Bunfill the owner is unprofessional rude and doesn’t care at all her employees are very rude use inappropriate language speak Spanish talking bad about the home owners and there own boss work is not quality very bad job employees late never finish on time trust me look elsewhere!!!!
I've used R&R Enterprises several times. First, I engaged Rick to do a roof repair on a townhouse. When I later sold it, I had R&R do a complete reroof and exterior paint job. They repaired dry rot on the exterior, fixed a downspout, and installed new plywood for the roof base where needed. I was very pleased with the quality and thoroughness of the work and materials used. This year I had R&R paint the exterior of my current home and reroof it.
