Ron came out to my house on an after hour call out as I was having full house electrical issues. He arrived within 15 minutes of calling him out and is extremely knowledgeable. Turns out the issue was a piece in the meter. Instead of asking for payment and leaving, as he could have done, he stayed to make sure that the electric company did right by me and he helped me fix the pellet smoker I was working on. Above and beyond great service.

He came out to fix a lighting issue in a room & charged $245 for a hour and half call out and for changing a single light switch in the room. This didn’t fix the issue and next day I called and asked if he could come back out to make another attempt. Told me he was extremely busy with other work and would try to come back out at another time and to leave a detailed text message and he would come back out and not charge me as much this time since he hadn’t resolved the issue the previous time.
