They were amazing.i called on a Monday for service and Tuesday morning they were at our home to fix the door. The tech called ahead to give me the time he would be arriving. He arrived on time and was so friendly. I would definitely recommend them.

Sometimes I think you can tell more about a company, not when things are going perfectly but when there are problems. We had an infuriatingly inconsistent problem with our garage door opener. R and R took it seriously and did everything in their power to make it right. It is very clear that they stand by their products and the work they do.
