Sometimes I think you can tell more about a company, not when things are going perfectly but when there are problems. We had an infuriatingly inconsistent problem with our garage door opener. R and R took it seriously and did everything in their power to make it right. It is very clear that they stand by their products and the work they do.
Great staffs, nice work, and competitive price on replacing a garage door opener. On the first phone call, Sabrina was very helpful and patiently explaining to me the differences of garage door openers they provide, price, and what are included. I had R&R come over for minor service on our garage doors. Appointment was made a few days in advance so I was very happy that it happened that quickly. I was quoted up front on the cost. The tech called me with his ETA and showed up right on time. Outside of the tech letting me know he was here and when he was leaving I didn't know he was here. Very courteous tech. Work performed was as quoted and our garage doors work better than new. Invoice came as quoted. I highly recommend them
