The cable on my garage door opener frayed and broke leaving the door half open and my cars stuck in there. R&R was able to send a tech out within an hour. Great customer service on the phone, and Casey was super nice and took care of the fix really fast. Super happy with their service.
R and r door did outstanding job, I called and was going to have new opener installed, Cody, technician was able to troubleshoot my door problem, fixed it immediately in a few minutes without having to get new opener. I appreciate him fixing my issue instead of just installing new Opener. You have gained lifelong customer!
