I called as I was referred to them for replacing an old clay sewer pipe. Due to the length of pipe under the city’s road they referred me to someone else who specialized in lining the pipe. Very honest and outstanding people. Everyone was very nice that I talked to. Top notch customer service.
Extremely knowledgeable, patient and willing to take the time to explain everything. I have worked with several sewer and excavation companies over my career and Scott was by far the most experienced and reliable. Cannot speak more highly of him and his company.
Scott was so easy to work with, very friendly, and responded quickly when we had an emergent situation with our well. They completed the work in less time and cost than anticipated, and even helped us go through the home insurance claim process. Would definitely use them again and highly recommend!
I think the world of Paul and R&R Ditching. Honest, caring, and genuinely interested in helping their customers. For any excavation or plumbing work, I'd highly recommend them. (Avoid Mr. Rooter at all costs if preparing to dig down to a line and go with these guys). Paul, my wife and I appreciate you so very much! We were touched by your patience and kindness. Terrific team. Fair prices. Lightening speed response times. Best in Colorado! We are a large manufactured home community and have called R&R on many occasions for water breaks on our main lines as well as individual home water lines. We have used them for years, and will continue to do so. Don't bother calling any other companies!!
