I purchased a vehicle from R and R car company, 11 N B, Gratiot Ave, Mt Clemens, MI 48043, (586) 840-7913. I purchased a 2006 Mecury Mariner on June 15,2020 for $3,285.17, at the time of purchased I paid them to take care of the plate, title and registration. They informed me that it could take up to 3 weeks to receive my plates due to the S.O.S. being backed up Fast forward to today September 3,2020, still no plate.
