They should have their inspection license removed. I've been a mechanic for more than 20 years and have never, ever seen a shop pass a vehicle inspection when the alternator is held on with zip ties and a ratchet strap. They should be ashamed of themselves for taking advantage of someone and placing people's lives in danger

Took my Honda accord up there and it's going on a month and it's still not fixed .now I'm being told it has to be taken to Concord and I've been told that for 2 weeks now and it's still not there and that it will be done by the end of the week and that's been weeks now as well . Lost my job because it's my daily driver . can't take my kids to there appointments.i really just need more inventive and effort because 600 is steep on price for a month long service to be kept getting the run around .very unsatisfied .hope it actua... read more

I am very pleased with with how R&R Auto Repair in Bessemer City,takes care of their customers, I have taken my car there several times for different things, like change oil, inspection,sometimes just from hearing a noise that does not seem right, for example yesterday I stared out my car seemed to not be running right,took it in and they fixed it before the day was over, I I was very pleased, I would recommend, their service very highly, I want to thank them very much.
