I rearranged my schedule to make an appointment for this company to survey my ceiling and a very nice gentleman by the name of Sam came by to take measurements of the duct work needed to be done on my commercial space. He said he would let his boss know to email me and give me a quote. I’ve called the office everyday for 1 week and spoke to 3 different customer service agents, who by the way, are horrible at their profession.
