I really tried to give Rick the benefit of doubt. Back in November I went in with a friend for a meeting with him in regards to my ring design, and no-showed. I texted him a couple time, no response. After I let some time pass I went beginning of January and finally met him in person and discussed my ring design options. He told me it would take him a couple days to get the design. I took my son’s box chain in to get repaired right before Christmas and right before they closed and they kindly stayed open and helped me out. The repair was great reasonably priced and I would definitely go there for jewelry purchase or any jewelry repairs again.
