Insurance agents are generally synonymous with the word reliable. That has no been my experience with Jim Pucin. We’ve contacted him over 10x the past 2 months to learn more about a recent price hike in our homeowners insurance. He only responded to one of our emails saying he would get back to us with some options soon. That was the middle of July. Although I didn't end using them for my insurance due to going with AAA they were extremely helpful in the processes and extremely professional. If AAA hadn't been so remarkable on the home insurance I would of gone with them. This should be your first step in your of your insurance needs
