We used Russel and we were not happy with results . He would not walk roof, did not go into attic but did look through access hole to note a bathroom fan was not hooked up (it was really hook up ) it was an extra vent. He didn't run hardly any appliances, said he wasn't familiar enough with them. He did find a couple of small item we had to take care of but I would have to say for the cost and what he did I couldn't recommend him. The person that inspected our other home did a very thorough job compared to Russel.

Used Russell recently. Told me to meet him at the inspection property at 11. Got there and he was done with the inspection. In which I didn't know he was doing the inspection before I got there So I was not a part of it at all and he just walked me threw what he found. I think I would have rather been more of a part of the process. He did not walk the roof cause it was wet. But stated in the report it was thunder storming and rainy. He did not acces the attic because there was stuff in the closet and did not want to move it ... read more

I used R-Pro home inspection services for an investment property that I had purchased in the twin cities. Russ was very professional and timely throughout the whole process. He was also extremely knowledgeable and thorough. I would highly recommend R-Pro homes and will be using them again.
