Virginia Yobs was my HVAC technician who came out to my house for an issue with the heat not working. Unfortunately for me another company came first (before I knew about R. Poust) and told me the issue was one thing yet when Virginia came she did not find that issue at all and the issue is now resolved. After having pipes freeze from the brutal cold this past weekend Matt came out and located the leak with minimal damage to the sheetrock and fixed the leak. Very happy with their service.
Matt B was our tech this morning and he was phenomenal! He explained everything that needs to be done in detail and we are very appreciative for the service!!
Eddie was very professional and quickly fixed piping we had that burst. He’ll be back tomorrow to help figure out some larger pipe issues we are having.
