When he pulled up in the tow truck it was dirty looking very worn out and not taking care of then he jumped out the tow truck and he looked just about like the tow truck did. Although looks may be deceiving the gentleman was very nice to me and I was advised at any time that I wanted to call and make arrangements to come get my car he would be at my disposal.
