I’m not sure but I think this clown got his certificate from a cereal box. To describe a room of a home for sale as “ messy and congested “ doesn’t strike me as something a Qualified Home Inspector would report. Other oddities are too numerous to mention. If you’re a seller, Lord help you if this guy comes knocking and if you’re a potential buyer, choose your inspector more wisely and keep looking!
