I called about service on my bike and he is backed up. He did not just say “no I can’t get you in” like most places. He spent ten minutes talking with me about my issue and things I could do on my own to avoid brining it in. I was able to get my back fixed on my own with his help. That’s a man with character.
Called asking if they do tire changes on Suzuki GSXR bringing the bike in (because I work 14 hour days and do NOT have time to do it myself) and the guy hung up on me right after my question. Had called back again thinking it was a disconnect, knowing it wasn’t, a got hung up on again the second I spoke. A third time just because i was trying to give the benefit of the doubt with a simple disconnect or maybe even a phone line issue on their part to an immediate hang up the second I spoke AGAIN. Took my bike to Ray my 2009 Street glide to him I had some oil leaks and along with a bunch of other stuff I need it done I like his work he sent me videos of stuff that I had going on with my bike before he did any work he put new tires on my bike and did a great job I would recommend him to anybody he does excellent work and he is real to the Truth the man knows what he's doing and seems like a really great person thank you very much Ray

I am a traveler from out of state, heading south on 41, and I picked up some object in my back tire. It ripped into the tire and left me stranded. I did a Google search and saw r.p. performance and took a chance, I called and spoke to the owner, and I told him what happened and what size tire. Fortunately, he had one In Stock. After AAA finally showed I was taken to the shop and was promptly taken care of very professional service, he got me in and out knowing I had many miles to go.
