I lived here a year! It was nice at first, but then my upstairs neighbor left their bathtub running and flooded their apartment and mine. His apartment was treated mine was not and we moved out to get away from the mold growing. They later tried to collect from ya for apartment damages. RP Management is terrible about taking care of the property or their tenants.

First moved here in september 2017.. very nice. Quiet. Well maintained and not a problem. Landlords are good people. Polite and helpful. Well here it is almost may 2018 no landlord on property and the party starts. I dont know how many people could of just moved in here since but its ridiculous.. screaming kids all day and night.. running the balconies and very disrespectful.. definately not the complex i paid to move in to.. Once you're in & the lease is signed the only thing they fix is the sink or a/c, so good luck if you have anything else go wrong, because these people (on-site property managers) nor company they work for (RP Management) care about anything other than collecting rent, and cosmetic touch ups to try and lure another sucker in. Save yourself some time and pick another place to live, just don't pick an RP Management place!
