Did business with this company 2 months ago. Worst customer service I have ever had in my life. Don’t return calls and don’t answer the phone if they see it’s you calling lies about the process of sizing my ring. Took 3 weeks instead of 1 like he said. I would not recommend this business at all!
This is one of the worst places to "Try" and do business with. This is the only negative review I have ever taken the time to write but this guy deserves it. Owner is rude and NEVER EVER returns phone calls. Pays more attention to his dog than a paying customer who has over $10K in their pocket. Rich provides fantastic service. He helped me locate two fantastic watches. Very personable and great to work with. Highly recommend stopping in and checking out his shop.
