We have a trailer shop in Northern Virginia and called Doug to see if they had a part for an older trailer that we were having problems sourcing. Doug went above and beyond to help us, even though there was a good chance he would not make a sale at the end of it. There are not many businesses who follow up like this, and I am using Doug as an example of great customer service when training my staff!
