I have ordered these trailer floor hold down bear claw clips before from R & P and they always ship out quickly and arrive early. Most important to me its the same quality product.
I brought in two trailers during the winter for a full inspection, along with any needed repairs and maintenance. I spent $8,000. For our enclosed trailer, they installed a new spring, but the door would not stay open. I contacted them by phone, and the shop manager told me that my door was unique and they could not find the correct spring or tension. I didn’t accept this explanation, so I drove back. The folks at Carriages are awesome and truly go beyond what is expected. They are very knowledgeable, have excellent communication skills, the right product assortment and very fair pricing. Two folks helped me through a problem and the sign of a great company is taking care of customers… they went beyond the call of duty. You are crazy if you do not give this company at least one order to see if you feel the same.
