I called December 22, 2024 at 9:30am. I asked for help because my oil ran out. My husband is away and unable to answer his phone. I told the woman who answered the phone that I had an EMERGENCY and my heating oil ran out, my home is 58 degrees. She then told me that they can’t help me unless it’s an emergency. I repeated, “it’s an emergency my oil ran out”. She then said, “we only help people that we’ve previously brought oil to”.
