In early Dec, a repairman came and said we needed a new motor for our heat pump. My husband thought he planned to order it. On Dec. 18 he called when we were away and didn't leave a message. A week later , we called him. He said he didn't know if we wanted us to order the motor. So we told him, 'yes". Since Dec. 21 until now, Feb. 3 we have not heard from him. Husband called once and he said motor was on order but delayed for some reason. Still never heard from him and we have been without heat pump. Rated one star.
RP Bowers came to my elderly mother's rescue today! When others told her that "nothing could be done" to fix the steam heat radiator in the kitchen of her 125-year-old house, the lovely owner of RP Bowers stopped by the same day we called and had it fixed in no time flat. He's super knowledgeable about steam heat furnaces, which is almost impossible to find these days. Highly recommend!

Not only did they fix my AC issue in no time, but they also went above and beyond to ensure everything was running smoothly. Highly recommend them to anyone in need of top-notch HVAC service!
They were highly recommended by a few people. They came out to start the work on my heater. As I was clearing a way to my back yard for them, they just walked away saying we are not going to fool with it. How rude, no explanation or anything. Was told they would be here between 10 and 12 they show up at 1pm and walk away. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
Bobby and team were able to diagnose and repair my system quickly. I had multiple techs come out before them who either made the situation worse or wanted me to install a whole new system. It was great working with Bobby. He has many years of knowledge/experience that he doesn't mind sharing in terms you can understand... THANK YOU!!
