There's some issues with booking appointments etc but they did fit me in for a pedicure and i easily had one of the best most reasonable priced foot massages of my life. I'll be back. The pedicure aspect was good too, i didn't want anything fancy just a clean up and it was good
Bad customer service .
My first experience, and I was so impressed with the service and atmosphere. Very calm and relaxing. Will be my Go Too Spa when visiting Edmonton. Highly recommend
If you’re looking for a new salon come here !!!!!!!! What a beautiful salon . The owner should be very very very proud. Amazing friendly staff . Absolutely amazing pedicure and manicure. Hanna did my pedicure and it was truly absolutely incredible. The time she spends to make you feel relaxed and is very very experienced . It was just "meh" They are quite disorganized. I booked in advance with bullet points of the services I wanted so I could be booked with the right nail tech. When I got there at my appointment time they were not prepared. For example I booked pedicure for two people and they weren't able to do our pedicures at the same time side by side. Eventually they did. They didn't give me the type of pedicure I booked. I also booked for a full set of gel nails and they were under the impression that I booked for acrylic.
