This place has won the GOLD award for the WORST service EVER! I requested a basic manicure/pedicure. What I got was a horrible experience and paid for it. $80! She was on the phone the entire time. Aside from asking what price range of service I wanted, she did not utter a word to me. Never cut my toenails. No massage. No manicure. From cutting the length off of two finger nails, she polished and the results on both my nails and toe nails is horrendous! My ten yr old nephew would have given me better. Nails lift and polish peels same or next day
This is a beautiful salon, but awful pedicure, staff not kind, spoken to harshly by the lady who did my pedicure. I would absolutely not return.
I believe you should be able to relax not have children climbing all over your space. When I let the employee know she let another employee know and that employee was not nice she rolled her eyes and said you can't help it they are children. Just because they are children does not mean there can not be rules about invading customers peace and space
