Very friendly and explained service provided.
Suburu inspected my car and told me the wheel barring needed to be replaced but they didn't give me a quote, just told me to bring it back for the repair. I made an appointment and took it to R&N; they fixed it the same day. This repair is not cheap but I feel I got a fair deal. I trust the work to be done and done correctly at R&N.
Sharon, Ryan, and Robert run the kindest, most honest, knowledgeable, tech-savvy, thoughtful, thorough, responsive, speedy, and fair auto shop I’ve encountered in more than 30 years and 7 states of car ownership. They helped me think through a multi-layered complicated decision from very far away, at an unbeatable price, with detailed documentation and explanations. I truly cannot thank them enough. If I lived any closer at all, they’d be my forever shop for sure.
