Great customer service. Awesome and prompt landscaping and snow clearing. As easy as make a plan, setup a payment, and forget it. They do their stuff and your place is always well kept and maintained.
I have never dealt with a business that is this unprofessional and unresponsive. We have a leak issue that we have been trying to get resolved for over a month and nobody seems to care or do anything about it. I usually do not post negative reviews, but this is unacceptable. No return phone calls, couple of returned emails just stating “association is working in this”, while water continues to come in every time it rains. No return on last two e-mails either.
