Excellent quality chargers. Handmade in Metro Detroit, no one else builds them like this anymore. The company is run by one elderly gentleman with a few employees, every time I've showed up at their location I've been greeted with a smile and taken care of promptly.
It's been over a year and after over 20 phone calls still no refund or charger. 10 promises to call back never do.
Wish they would do as they said! We received the battery charger as promised but it was packaged so poorly that it came damaged. After numerous calls and promises to credit us $100 for the damage, we have not seen anything! Beware!
