I was very impressed with the service and honesty of this shop. I had received a quote from another another shop to replace the front brakes on my 2002 Explorer. I gave the details to R & N and their quote for the same repair and parts was considerably lower. When I brought my car in for the service, they said that my rotors could be resurfaced, and not replaced. That saved me even more from their original estimate. I think that shows the integrity of the shop. I have already scheduled more service to be done with R & N.
These are very honest people. Needed transmission work and they really came through.
Consistently provides great service and great value.
