I took my wife to Dr. Atkinson because she couldn't fully bend the 3rd finger on her left hand. He listened attentively while she explained the problem, He carefully examined her hand and ordered x-rays. He then provided a drawing showing what was the problem. He offered 3 options and explained the pros and cons of each. She opted for the steroid shot. A couple of days later, her range of motion started to return. One month later, her hand is fine.
