Brock came out to fix our furnace when it was super cold. He was out quickly and Debi provided electric heaters until it was complete, whi h was much appreciated since my elderly mom lives with us
This amazing company are the true meaning of customer service. I reached out to them online and received a call back within 5 minutes. Debi called me and she was absolutely amazing to speak with, very informative kind and understanding of the situation we were in with our furnace. We were treated with the up most respect throughout the whole process. They kept us informed of the arrival time and apologized several times for taking longer then expected. R Mechanical, despite being busy, arrived to our residence when I needed an immediate response to ensure my furnace was safe to use. Debi was flexible, actually bending over backwards to have a technician respond asap, scheduling me as a priority. All this was pleasantly surprising, thereafter I was again surprised by the reasonable price of the service, which entailed over an hour! I would highly recommend them, and I am using them from now on.
Phenomenal customer service. This is a true mom & pop shop. Our furnace went out with the snowstorm yesterday/negative temps and Debi literally spent an hour trying to help trouble shoot. We get lined up for emergency service she then calls me back to try clearing the outside pipes - it worked! Heat restored and no fees for the help. Crazy part of this is we recently moved here and are renting so we weren’t even their usual customers. Please support them if you can.
