Dr. Hay is very informative and thorough and has a wonderful bedside manner. He explains treatment options and lets the patient have input in the treatment plan. The staff is knowledgeable, understanding and kind.
I had to wait a bit for my appointment, however everyone was pleasant and Dr. Hay spent plenty of time with me and I was pleased with the diagnosis and treatment options he gave me.
