My brother saw Dr. Hay about his painful knee. Dr. Hay was very nice, empathetic, and informative. He went over all the options thoroughly and answered all our questions. My brother feels he is in good hands with Dr. Hay.
Dr. Hay is very knowledgeable and has a good bedside manner! When I first heard him talk to my husband about a knee replacement, I knew I wanted him as my doctor!! You can tell he has common sense but wise and humble!!! He explains everything what he will do in hip replacement!
Highly recommend Dr Hay and staff. Dr Hay explains things clearly and has a great personality. Everyone in his practice is very helpful and friendly
