Dr Ellerkmann is truly the best surgeon and expert! I am almost 70 years old. I had a serious Uterine Prolapse which gave me really hard time for those past several years! Dr. Ellerkmann performed prolapse surgery on me on April 30, 2024. He met with me and then with me and my husband. He went over all of my options and we decided to go ahead with the surgery. Throughout the initial consultation and the surgery and follow-up, he was kind, caring and compassionate. I was referred to Dr. Ellerkmann and I am so grateful for that referral. Dr. Ellerkmann is a superstar. He has exceeded my expectations regarding my surgery starting from our initial visit to discuss my issues and what can be done right up to the day of the surgery and beyond. I never once had any reservations regarding the procedure, the care nor the outcome. I felt comfortable and relaxed that I was in good hands. I highly recommend him as he really knows his stuff!
I came to Dr. Ellerkmann after my previous ob gyn told me that I would need a hysterectomy with a long, midline incision, due to a huge fibroid. Dr. Ellerkmann was able to perform my hysterectomy with a much smaller, bikini-line incision. My recovery was therefore so much easier than it would have been otherwise! Additionally, Dr. Ellerkmann patiently answered all of my questions and clearly explained the reasoning around what could and couldn't be done. I am grateful to be his patient and would highly recommend him!
Dr. Ellerkmann was very thorough in his explanation of the above surgical procedure. He exemplified professionalism, a caring heart for his patients, and a concern for accuracy in his surgeries.
