Employees are good hands. Do great work. Owner is complete POS. All he cares about is getting it out the door as fast as possible and getting a check in his pocket. Expects employees to work extra hours they don’t get paid for. Gives bad directions and makes mistakes regularly and blames it on everyone else. As a customer, sure, shops fine. As an employee, I’d never recommend anybody try to work there unless your alright with being treated like complete garbage.

Great shop, excellent work, fast turnaround, fair prices, good people. Shops like this are few and far between these days. I'll be coming to R&M exclusively and refering my friends/co-workers. Thanks again Billy
