Had bathroom window replaced this morning. I was so excited to get my new window. I have had many other windows replaced in my home over the years. Many have been done by RM PENNA. If any windows need replacing in the future RM PENNA is the only company I would consider calling. Installer today, Tom did a great job! Very friendly personality, explained everything he was doing step by step. His helper Jeremiah was a big help to him and left my garage where he worked spotless!! Unfortunately, I was a customer scheduled for a Friday install of 2 large windows. The installers who did my job wanted nothing more than get this job done as fast as possuble, cut the corners to do so, and go home. What should have took 8 hrs. to complete properly took 10 hrs. because I had to argue with their workmanship. I retired as a carpenter with 25 yrs. experience. I know proper installation of windows.
