I normally don't review medical facilities because most people find a dentist or doctor through recommendations, at least that's what I find. With that said, I am terrified of going to the dentist. I hate it. I would rather see any other doctor; HOWEVER, R & M Orthodontics is by far the best dental experience I've ever had. I used a groupon offered by RM Orthodontist in Brentwood Tn. The Groupon was for a full set of braces at 50% off. I paid in full on the day of services which was just under $3500. My Braces were put on by Dr. Rachael Maidens on August 22nd 2012 and I went in for an adjustment and "cleaning" 5 weeks later. I paid an additional $90 for the cleaning which she used a high powered water pick rather than scaling tools so as you can imagine, I was suggested to pay for and recieve another cleaning 3mths later. BEWARE!!!! This orthodontist has a policy in their contract that they can drop you for any reason, and require you to pay in full. Read the contract!!! Their contract also states that they will charge you $330 a month for every month you go past the anticipated braces time (which is her anticipated time.) They dropped us after we argued with them about a scheduling issue that they had previously agreed to, she was not willing to give us any refund.
