First time going here never again. If I could give 0 stars I would. It’s beyond frustrating that I showed them what I wanted before they started and they tell me ok. And then proceed to not do my nails how i asked. And every time I spoke up I got told no. I think it’s only fair/right as the customer to have the say on how you get your nails and get them how you want because you’re paying for them. Came in for a quick soak off, and not only did they behave as if it was an inconvenient when I arrived, it took nearly an hour for her to over file and rip the nails off. She completely cut down and removed my natural now and painfully, removed all the nails instead of soaking them off like I requested. I left with no nails, and half of my nails still had acrylic on them
They do not provide the same quality of service. You can request the same services as the person next to you and it seems as they just want to get you out the door. Defenetly do not recommend. Stay away.
They are good at doing nails there such great staff at this nails salon they knew exactly what they are doing
