I called Richard this morning, and asked him the quote, which was very reasonable, then he agreed to meet me at 2:15 PM, instead he was there at 2:00 PM. I was delighted to see him. He put his 20 years of experieence to work, and he was done in 40 Min. He was EXCELLENT ! Did a marvelous job on my garage door. Had a terrible noisy garage door with broken spring. Richard did a fantastic job with minumum fuss and with excellent advice on how to maintain garage door. While all the others recommend me to replace the garage door that would have cost me $$$. No one could do what Richard has done and that too with the lowest price!!! Thanks Richard you are simply the best.
I backed into my garage door without opening it..... panels were dented but Richard came out and turns out everything was FINE. A tiny bit of metal bending and voila! That wasn't even really necessary..... What a relief. I highly recommend this kind, friendly FAIR, helpful and honest guy to ANYONE who needs help with their doors...... Another place I was going to have come out told me I would probably need panel replacements at 150 bucks a pop and of course, this was NOT TRUE. THANK YOU RICHARD!!
Had problems with noisy door opening and closing. Called R and M came out same day fixed the problem was done within the hour. Price was very good. Would highly recommend.
"Someone" had an incident with my garage door resulting in one of the panels being jolted from its screws. I thought the whole door would need to be replaced. I contacted Richard and he came out the next morning to give me a free estimate. I was relieved to know it could easily be repaired for a nominal fee. It's now working just fine. Thank you Richard!

My garage door stopped working a couple days ago. I found Richard with R&M on Craigslist and called him around 10 this moring. He asked a couple questions, and we set an appointment. He showed up on time and replaced the broken spring, adjusted, tightened and lubricated everything. It's now 1 PM same day and the job is done. The price was exactly what he quoted over the phone and more than reasonable.
