I brought my truck to R&M Collision after being rear-ended back in April, and what followed was months of delays, broken promises, and dishonesty. Wesley, the owner, told me it was taking time to find a replacement truck bed, which I understood at first. After several months, he told me he had finally found a used bed, fixed the damage on it, and was ready to install it. He told me to bring my truck in, which I did about two weeks ago. R&M Collision was absolutely an outstanding experience! The team did a phenomenal job repairing my car— flawless work, looks brand new!! Mrs. Angie was top-notch from the beginning to finish, keeping me informed and making the process seamless. Highly recommend their expertise and care!! And most of all patience! Thank You so Much!!!
Great people to conversate with. Very sweet men! Unfortunately it was me who was on the phone everyday for 7 weeks. 2 weeks they had the transmission in their shop. My car being fixed got paused for their regulars when they needed work done. All in all they answer every phone call and dont overreact when ur bitching at them. Might be back for smaller work.
5 stars is not sufficient to represent my satisfaction. My car slid into some trees due to the snow and ice storm that hit central arkansas in January. Wesley picked up my car and did everything to get my car back on the road. I AM FOREVER GRATEFUL!!!! I highly recommend them and will use them in the future for anything I need for my car.
