When I originally spoke with the owner in April 2025 he told me they could start quickly. They called my insurance company and eventually reached an agreed upon amount (which I thought was high) but insurance was paying for it. That’s when the delays started. I stopped calling and asking “how much longer” b/c I got tired of being lied to! We finally received it in September with a missing trim piece (still hasn’t arrived). Friendly, professional, skilled, thorough and far from overpriced. Highest recommendation.
This business and the owner, James westly McKnight has scammed me out of thousands of dollars for paint and body work that the invoiced but didn’t do. They kept my truck over 1 year and never painted it or even got it ready to paint even though McKnight personally provided updates saying the work was completed. I had to contact his wife to gain access to retrieve my truck! McKnight comes across as a nice guy but he is a crook and I am pursuing legal action against him.
