Great service, great communication, friendly & honest! My car had been sitting at the dealer for a week without even being looked at. My daughter googled & called R&M based on the reviews. They told her to bring the car over. She dropped it off and the next day Al had my car diagnosed, repaired & back on the road again! Highly recommend R&M Automotive!
Never would I recommend....
I went to this place for an oil change. Was given a list of other things that I needed done and the pricing. Came up to over $1k in work. My main mechanic is out of state. I purchased all of the parts this company told me I needed and took them to my mechanic. He says to me "who told you that you needed all this done? Your car is fine". This place tried to get me for over $1k. HIGHLY UNRECOMMENDED!
I purchased a 2017 Dodge Durango from Car Max with a 5 yrs/100k mile warranty about 4 years ago and have needed service on two occassions. R & M is a repair shop that does service for vehicles under contract. Both times they have gotten the repair authorizations and have done an excellent job in handling what has needed to be done. It has literally been a no-hassel experience.
I have been taking All of my vehicles to Al And Ben . For over 5 years now and they have always provided me with the Best service and pricing, Volvo, ford , Infiniti M37. He has treated my vehicles as his. He takes care of all my Girls Bettyboop 59 Thanks Al for keeping me on the Road 8/7/24. Went In Monday afternoon had her back Wednesday afternoon! Running fantastic.
