Below is a detailed description of my experience with the owner Mike and Alan the Service Writer. Tuesday, 5/12/21 at 2:00pm: I have an appointment at 2:00pm to evacuate and recharge the a/c system, do an oil change and do a multi-point courtesy check inspection on my 2013 Hyundai Elantra. I receive a quote for $264.82. Tuesday, 5/12/21 at 5:00pm: Alan Jones calls me to say that both back brake lights, license plate light, and the 3rd brake light on the rear windshield is out. RecommendedAs a first time customer I was very pleased with the service I received from the very first phone call I made. Alan was very friendly and answered all my questions. The convenient car service of drop off and pick up is a plus. I would definitely recommend this place and will definitely be going back for all my car maintenance and repairs.
The folks at RM are courteous, helpful, responsible and diligent! They are my go-to mechanic shop, and when I needed to replace a seatbelt, they did that also. They were all kind, and even drove me back and forth. What a great company!

Where do I start? The entire staff; And I will call out the amazing ones who take care of my cars and I can always trust them and they greet me by name. Tyler and Dean and the owner are 100% trustworthy, I don’t go to anyone else in the valley. They helped me when I was having issues with my old Honda passport, they worked with me to ensure everything would be okay. Now I have a new Honda and have been taking my car there for full service or even to just check the oil, these guys are the best!

I come to RM All the time
Family-run AAA approved business, I found to be a team of experienced, honest, friendly, professionals. I've received better service from RM Automotive (and when it truly counted) than I had from the dealer.
Personnel staff were friendly & greeted me upon arrival. The front brakes and rotor work was done in a reasonable amount of time. I brought a book to read, and they have coffee & tv to watch. Office and waiting area was clean and neat. Be prepared parking is very limited.
