I was injured during a nail removal appointment, which resulted in bleeding and significant pain. The service could not be completed, and I was still charged in full. Really annoyed that the girl did the wrong shape then tried to file down my nail even further to correct. The edges where still crusty and dead skin was not removed. Would not go back to untrained staff and unthorough job.
I booked a manicure / pedicure. The place I normally go to was booked solid. I thought I’d try this place. I arrived 10 minutes early and was told my manicurist would be with me soon. She was finishing up a client. At 1:30 (time of my appointment) I’m told the manicurist would be a little late. At 2 pm she came over to me very apologetic. Great experience at a very pretty and clean nail salon. I needed my gel x removed and I went to two salons prior and was unable to be helped. I called them and they kickly slide me in. Overall a pleasant and quick experience, Maria was really lovely.
I don’t usually leave reviews, and tbh the girl that did my nails was very nice. But I am very disappointed with the service and quality of service given. I was in some rush so I didn’t bother to have them fix anything because I had to go. I paid for my nail extensions to come off and I paid for a manicure. The nail extensions where not taken off just filed down.. and the manicure was just a cut of the cuticles .. no soak no prep nothing.. all dry and I still have on fake nails just filed down.. if I wasn’t in a hurry to get... read more
