I do not work for Ron(the owner) however i do work for the company next door to him which provide Rlucas with some services and poducts. At 4:45 one day as I was clocking out (45 min after my scheduled shift) he approached me and told me that the sun is still out so I should still be working. He informed me that when he says I work overtime then I'm going to work overtime(reminded I don't work for him).
