RecommendedI bought @ RL Stephens for the company I worked for, 16 years ago. I saw some days were busy & everyone waited for the counterman. No one complained. Why? Because even the ' on sale' & low-cost tooling was good, and the rest was very good. The tech advice generally was on-base ( correct ), & very helpful, even delivered in a friendly manner.
