I called R&L siding on a Friday to come and look at some siding that needed to repaired on my house. He told me that he would be in the area the next Tuesday. I gave him my cell number and told him to call me and I would meet with him to look at the house. Never heard anything from him on Tuesday. I have emailed them twice and called and left two messages in the last two weeks and have not heard anything from them. Not very a very good way to get new customers!! I ordered my windows for two different houses on February 3rd. A very nice and helpful Rick came out to measure and order. At the time I was told it would be four weeks until they were installed. I paid in full part of my order and half of the other - approximately $10,000 given to him that day. Five weeks later my brother called to get an update on our windows.
