My experience with RL Roofing was unfortunately far below expectations. What was promised to be a straightforward installation ended up being delayed by almost 9 months without consistent communication or meaningful updates. Reaching someone for answers was an exercise in frustration, and when contact was made, responses lacked clarity and urgency. Very excellent place too work
Called for an estimate. She said they would call when they are on the way. Called again next day. She again said they would call when they are on the way. It's been almost 2 weeks. No one has called.
