This company has some very incompetent workers that are clueless about what they are doing, always on the phone asking someone else what to do. They were paid to fix our leak but leak remains. Their machine broke when they were trying to unclog our pipe. They charged for all the extra time and extra work it took them to get a new machine. Our leak was not fixed properly. they claimed the leak was fixed but next time it rained, the leak was still there. Gustavo just helped me pinpoint galvanized pipe issues that were causing my bathtub to be clogged. He quickly found the issue, gave an estimate, and replaced the broke pipes (major work done to my homes original 1940’s pipes) within 4 hours. Very pleased with his professionalism and kindness!
Absolutely abysmal FRONT OFFICE! This company's front office has deep communication problems. The front office doesn't communicate to plumbers in the field on work scope. Plumber has botched the visit twice - not his fault but because he was not given correct information to bring the right equipment to a job. Not only will I never recommend this company to anyone, we are pulling our business from them going forward. My condo manager contacted R & L to fix my kitchen sink water backing up problem. R & L technician worked half way and said he needed to get some different tools and he would come back in 30 minutes. My husband and I took turns to wait for his return. The R & L technician disappeared forever! He never came back and left us a damaged kitchen! He also stole our sink disposal blades!
