This company has saved me multiple times from not having to go long without air conditioning! This time wasnt an emergency but they still took good care of me. Well priced and they came when they said they would. Bryce took care of me and was friendly and I could tell je was experienced. Gave me a lot of great tips, flushed out my A/C, checked the freon, replaced a bad capacitor, and installed a new thermostat for me. My A/C is running great and i love my new Honeywell thermostat. I've been using Kaylor air for both my commercial and residential properties for the last year. They are available when I need them and have always showed up exactly when they said they would. I purchased a water cooled Carrier AC from Ralph Kaylor. He was recommended from a contractor I know. After he finished the install he left my condo while I was taking a nap. I awakened to find my house unsecured and the place a mess. He left the instructions behind the AC. There was never any follow up. Sixteen months later Freon started leaking and it took him a week to send someone who charged me $495.00. $300 for the Freon and $200 for the stop leak which is a total waste of money.
