R & L Home Services did a fantastic job on some home repairs at my place in Stamford. They were professional, punctual, and the work was high quality. The team was respectful of my home and cleaned up after the job. Great service at a fair price — I’ll definitely use them again!
I would recommend R&L To everyone. They are always there when we need them. We've had a few midnight emergencies over the years and they're always there, From the smallest Item like my icemaker not working to my Heat stopping in the middle of the winter. They're there with me all the way.

I took over the monthly servicing contract from the previous homeowner. Seems R&L business model is: low monthly fees, but every repair they supervise will take multiple onsite visits (each one being charged for). They estimated 6-8 weeks (after 3 visits) to get my a/c fixed in the middle of August. Including one follow up visit to physically “get the quote” from the provider. My employer has used services of R&L for decades. They are a great resource to have on call and take pride in keeping the residence maintained and customized to the owner's requests. They were very experienced in handling all issues on the property. They have assembled an experienced and knowledgeable team and a wide network of contractors and can coordinate addressing all range of house and property issues. I have enjoyed working with the onsite team and Rick, Lisa and Kelly.
