I just wrapped up a relatively large electrical project with R&L and I can't say enough good things about Justin. I would recommend R&L To everyone. They are always there when we need them. We've had a few midnight emergencies over the years and they're always there, From the smallest Item like my icemaker not working to my Heat stopping in the middle of the winter. They're there with me all the way.

I took over the monthly servicing contract from the previous homeowner. Seems R&L business model is: low monthly fees, but every repair they supervise will take multiple onsite visits (each one being charged for). They estimated 6-8 weeks (after 3 visits) to get my a/c fixed in the middle of August. Including one follow up visit to physically “get the quote” from the provider.
