SO professional and experienced. If you need repairs or just a quick run-thourgh of your system - CALL THEM!
They have always given me good service. Once RL stopped by when I called and the problem was NOT a problem. He advised me and said "no charge". I had a bigger job, and it was done quickly, well and at a very reasonable price.
I was not happy with the job and questioned the owner about the work; he acted like I was crazy for asking him to correct the items. It seems like customer service is not important anymore. Look elsewhere.
The service was terrible. The owner was one of the rudest people Ive ever met. I will NOT use them again.
