Dr. Stobaugh seems to have a problem with communication. He doesn't take time to explain things very well and was very curt with his answers. He was also a bit rough and I had to ask what he was doing during each step of the procedure. I don't know how knowledgeable he is because he really didn't explain much. I will not be returning to this office.
I first called the office and ask uif they could possibly save two jaw teeth. I furnished my own x-rays from my regular dentist so I would not have to pay another $85. I the office when I made the exam appointment that I wanted to keep my teeth but didd not want a root-canal. The staff was no knowledgeable but the dentist himself was not prepared to tell me anythhing except we don't to any work like that h4ere. The doctor was very good. Make sure before you go you know what your insurance will pay.The girl who files the insurance does NOT know how to file a claim. I was overcharged and it has been 4 months now and I am still trying to get them to reimburse me. The girl will not return my phone calls. I will not go back to them because of this. This is unacceptabel.
