All right, so we’re ready to sell my house and scheduled appraisal with R Kendall Newman Group. However, I came across the really negative reviews with this firm and I was in panic and decided to reschedule with another appraisal. Had a recent appraisal done and even after appeal still did not use most recent sales. Credits on reports were incredibly high when doing sales comparison. Appraisal was so far off it feels almost fraudulent.
Recently had an appraisal conducted by their team--way too conservative! Used a lot of comparables that shot down the deal. Also dragged their feet quite a bit on the appraisal.
