There was a leak in the boiler which went into the pocket door to the washer/dryer upstairs. It was dealt with quickly and I am very satisfied,

I want to thank RK Smith for being so wonderful at responding to requests too fix things!  Lucas you are amazing thank you and your staff so much you make it a pleasure too rent here! The lady at the front desk is so friendly I recommend you guys too people looking to rent! Keep up the great job!!!

Lucas has always been very quick at getting things repaired or replaced the very next day. I’m grateful for the help I receive and the trust I have in the friendly contractors that communicate with me directly before showing up too;)

Every time I've called Lucas with an issue, they came out immediately and fixed it, they also check the fire alarms and furnace every year. Never had an issue with RS Smith, I highly recommend them. Marti L

For all those who have low income please do not go for R.K smith .I filled out an application payed the 35 dollar fee and was told I did not qualify for an apartment as my income only allowed for a 3oo dollar apartment. I have to laugh I currently pay 750 and I live just fine. They take your application fee and then tell you they can't work with you. This is something that needs to be turned in and reported as to me its discrimination against low-income people. I have excellent credit and great rental history and they still ... read more

These people are terrible! You want a shithole for high rent stop here! Never seen such nasty lazy clueless people, my daughter unfortunately rents a place from them and it’s nothing but problems!! U name it she’s got someone there every week to fix something and it’s never fixed right! She’s a good tenant too. This place is a negative zero! Reporting them monday
